We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality who has an understanding of sales techniques, with a strong presence who is able to articulate well. This person will be responsible for executing initial sales calls to build potential referral sources that include SNFs, ALFs, care homes, physician's offices, and special practices. Once referral sources have been established, this individual will regularly check in with the referral sources, handling agency-wide communication, and providing assistance/information as needed to referral sources. This position requires travel, mileage will be reimbursed. We operate within the greater Metropolitan Phoenix Area.

Summit Healthcare Services is seeking an outgoing, energetic, and knowledgeable Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor to lead engaging wellness programs in one of our senior living communities in the West Valley.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help seniors stay active, strong, and engaged through both group classes and one-on-one training.
Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, facilitating a minimum of three classes per day, at least three days each week.
