Making a donation is a way of reaching out a helping hand. By providing even a small donation, you can be part of an effort to provide financial assistance and/or supply food, housing, medicine and equipment to families in need or in the process of hospice care.

Our goal at Summit Wellness Foundation is to support and assist our patients and their families in any way we can.

Whether that be through corporate donations, fundraising events or in-memoriam contributions, 100% of your donation is allocated to assisting Arizona patients and families in need.

Summit Wellness Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 with the IRS.

Donations can be deducted under IRC Section 170.
